Feldkirchen bei Graz, 8 June 2022: After a break of more than 2 years, finally at the end of last week it was time once more for the Summer Take-Off, the largest travel industry meet-up in South-East Austria. More than 200 people attended in the best of moods – travel agency employees, airline representatives, tour operators, travel managers and travel professionals, mainly from Styria, Carinthia and Slovenia.
“We ourselves have been greatly looking forward to this event”, said the two Managing Directors of Graz Airport, Wolfgang Grimus and Jürgen Löschnig, “but then we were even surprised ourselves at how happy our guests were to see each other again, and how much we had all missed being able to swap ideas face-to-face! The optimistic mood in the industry was palpable, and all the tour operators and travel agency representatives are expecting a good summer season.”
The jovial mood was provided among other things by the musical contributions from the Soko Dixie Street Band and the culinary delights from the Lagardère team led by Jürgen Kahl.
During the evening, around 25 prizes provided by the partners were raffled among the guests:
