Vienna / Feldkirchen bei Graz, 19/11/2015: Since the start of the Graz–Zürich connection at the end of March this year, the organisations in charge of ground handling at Graz Airport have shown good performance in flight handling and passenger service. SWISS evaluates the performance of 60 stations around Europe every month. Graz topped this ranking as ‘Station of the month’ in August and has now received an award.
“For our monthly ranking we evaluate many different objective parameters such as punctuality, process compliance, passenger satisfaction, but also a crew and passenger survey”, says Birgit Reischl, Manager of Marketing & Pricing Austria & Central Eastern Europe at SWISS. “Graz Airport achieved good ratings from the outset and so we are all the more pleased that this award for August went to the Styrian airport!”
