There are problems with your luggage?

Your luggage is not on the belt at arrival? Or was it damaged?

Please contact the team at the „Lost & Found“-counter in the arrival area immediately. They will be happy to help you.

Items lost/found at the airport are registered and kept at the information desk. After 2 weeks they are handed over to the municipality Feldkirchen bei Graz where they are registered in the Austrian "Fundregister" available at www.fundamt.gv.at.


Track baggage status online

If your baggage was not on the belt after arrival, you either got a „Property Irregularity Report“ at the airport. It shows a „File Reference“ such as ,for example, GRZLH12345. Or you reported missing baggage online and got the number there.
