More service en route to Istanbul

As of now, hot meals will be served free of charge on flights from Graz to the international city on the Bosphorus.

Feldkirchen bei Graz, 2 September, 2016: Turkish Airlines are known for their good service, above all for the excellent catering of Do&Co. For passengers travelling between Graz and Istanbul it is therefore gratifying to see that hot meals are now served in the economy class too – free of charge.

“We are delighted to announce that we can now serve hot meals to all of our passengers on flights from Graz to Istanbul”, Hüseyin GÜZEL, General Manager Graz / Turkish Airlines and Gerhard Widmann, Managing Director of Graz Airport agree. “In times when cuts are being made everywhere, this is certainly a very nice development for our passengers”.

In the past six years, Turkish Airlines received the Skytrax Award as best European airline, in the last 3 years for the best catering in the business class, and in the last two years for the best business class lounge.
In addition to the diversity of Turkish cuisine, Turkish Airlines also serve various international dishes on their flights. To ensure that frequent fliers don’t get bored with meals, the menus are changed on a weekly basis in all flight classes.
Special meals – whether for religious, nutritional and dietetic reasons – can be ordered on all scheduled flights, except for domestic flights, no later than 24 hours before departure.
