Graz Airport: The winter flight plan takes off

Apart from approximately 130 regular flights per week, it will offer three weekly direct flights to sunny destinations.

Feldkirchen bei Graz, 24 October 2018: Graz Airport’s winter flight plan comes into effect on 28 October. Apart from 130 regular flights per week – most of them to large transfer airports – it will offer weekly direct flights to Hurghada and Marsa Alam.

“Even in the winter time we provide a link to seven large transfer airports,” Mag. Gerhard Widmann, Managing Director of Graz Airport, illustrates. “With more than 100 weekly flights to Frankfurt, Vienna, Munich, Istanbul, Amsterdam, Zurich and Berlin, we offer many ways to explore the entire world from Graz.”

Further regular flights are bound for Düsseldorf and Stuttgart airports which – to a lower extent – are also often used as transfer airports.

More flights to Berlin and Düsseldorf
English airline easyJet which only last August has started flying to Berlin three times a week will add another flight to offer a total of four during the winter flight plan. Its flight days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
From late October to 12 December as well as 5 March to the end of the winter flight plan, Düsseldorf is another destination that will be served one more time per week than during the previous winter.

Enjoying sunny beaches and the sea in the winter
Egypt is a country that offers guaranteed sunshine and our three weekly charter flights to the land of the Pharaohs shows how popular this fact is. Two flights to Hurghada leave twice a week (Friday and Sunday) while another flight on Friday takes off into Marsa Alam further south.

Gruber Reisen offers a special flight to Sevilla in early November as well as to the Geneva Auto Show in March.
