Graz Airport: expansion of flight programme

Following the long "corona" break, more and more flights are being offered from Graz Airport.

Feldkirchen bei Graz, 08.07.2020: Since the resumption of regular flights to Vienna on 22.06.2020, Frankfurt and the holiday island of Brac have also joined the flight schedule. Other destinations will be added in the next few days.

An overview:

  • Vienna:

Flights started on 22 June 2020 with 1-2 flights a day. There is a midday flight, arrival in Graz at 1.40 p.m. and departure at 3.35 p.m., and early morning and late evening services. The transfer time means that many connecting flights can be caught, e.g. to Paris, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Stuttgart, Hamburg, Berlin and Munich.

  • Frankfurt:

Flights started on 1 July 2020. Flights alternate between the morning and afternoon to catch as many connecting flights as possible from Graz.

  • Brac:

Flights started on 27 June 2020. The tour operator Gruber Reisen flies the route to the popular holiday island in a triangle with Linz. The first flight was almost fully booked. In view of the high number of passengers, it is planned to use an Airbus A-319 instead of a Dash-8 from August onwards.

  • Heraklion:

From 10 July 2020 with various tour operators (including TUI, DTA Touristik, Schauinsland Reisen, FTI). Flight only can be booked directly with Corendon Airlines.

  • Skiathos and Santorini:

Flights start: 11 July 2020. Through the flights to Santorini, organised by Springer Reisen, it is also possible to reach such popular holiday islands as Paros and Naxos.

  • Rhodes:

Flights start: On 13 July 2020 with various tour operators (including TUI, DTA Touristik, Schauinsland Reisen, FTI). Flight only can be booked directly with Corendon Airlines.
