The new flight schedule for the winter season

Between October 30th, 2005 and March 26th, 2006, the new Graz Airport winter flight schedule applies to travels near and far!

Feldkirchen, Oct. 28, 2005: “This winter’s highlights are included in the special flights”, says Managing Director of Graz Airport Mag. Gerhard Widmann. “We offer flights to Addis Ababa in Ethiopia, Aqaba and Alexandria – destinations that are rather unusual for Graz.”

The weekly charter flights to destinations such as Turkey, the Canary Islands and Egypt are quite impressive, too. This winter, there will be two flights to the Red Sea in Egypt per week, one on Thursday and the other one on Saturday.

Charter flights offered for a short term and special flights are mainly available around All Saints’ Day, the holidays between winter and summer term and in March.

Distant destinations are mainly reached by scheduled flights. This winter, 178 weekly flights to 14 destinations will be offered, including international hubs such as Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna and Zurich.

The expansion of the Graz-Friedrichshafen connection is new in the offer of scheduled flights: Thanks to the good booking statistics in the first nine months of this connection, InterSky is now offering six instead of four flights per week as from October 30th, 2005
