On the last Thursday in June, up to 500 runners will have an opportunity to explore the airport in a somewhat unusual way. During the first Graz Airport Run, they will run around 5.8 kilometres in the immediate proximity of the runway – and for a good cause, as the entry fees will benefit Steirische Kinderkrebshilfe (Styrian Children's Cancer Aid).
The unique running event is being organised by HIKIMUS Event & Werbeagentur, which has fine-tuned the concept in recent weeks together with Graz Airport. The media partner is Woche Steiermark

13.00 to 17.30: Check in, starting numbers issued
From 17.00: First runners arrive
18.30: Warm-up together
19.00: Start of the first Graz Airport Run
19.20: First runners reach the finishing line
20.15: Cut-off time
20.30: Award ceremony
Until 22.00: Musical finale

Late entry on the spot: €25
Entrants registering by 20 June will have their name on their number bib (personalised). The event is limited to 500 starting places, so register in good time to secure your starting place.
