SWISS award for GRZ
'Station of the month' Graz Airport was now named by its partner SWISS International Air Lines Ltd.
For its good performance this past August Graz Airport was named 'Station of the month' by SWISS. The Styrian airport topped the ranking of 60 stations around Europe.
Good performance in various areas
Since the start of the Graz–Zurich connection at the end of March, the organisations in charge of ground handling at Graz Airport have shown good performance in flight handling and passenger service.
Besides a crew and passenger survey different objective parameters are considered such as:
- Punctuality
- Process compliance
- Passenger satisfaction
Graz Airport is glad to have received this award, which has only been possible due to the smooth cooperation of all departments and staff.
