The conference rooms of Graz Airport are on the first floor of the departure terminal and easily accessible by lift or stairs. The gallery in front of the meeting rooms, where new works of art are exhibited every two months, offers a view of the departure hall.

There are four rooms with various equipment available that can all (or some of them) be combined with each other in varied ways.
Seminar room 1 is located next to the Airest restaurant and is especially suited for undisturbed business lunches or dinners.
Seminar room 2 can, for example, be used as a lobby for the meeting rooms, or as a break room where beverages and snacks are offered. Of course, it is also suitable for small-scale meetings.
Seminar room 3 has multimedia equipment and hosts up to 40 people. It offers direct access to the terrace with direct view of the runways.
Seminar room 4 is the largest with its 118.91 m2 and is also equipped with multimedia equipment, mobile control panel, DVD, video, Sat TV. Coffee can be enjoyed on the terrace.

The technical equipment is made available free of charge.

Thanks to flexible separation walls, the individual conference rooms can be combined with each other, so that up to 250 people – depending on the type of event – can be seated. After the first four hours, rent is charged at hourly rates to ensure the utmost flexibility.

In addition to the conference rooms, there is the General Aviation VIP room near the arrival hall of the General Aviation Center. The VIP room is equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, hosts up to 16 people and offers a great view of the airfield.
